Job Description

Fondomonte Arizona is currently seeking an accommodation assistant in our Vicksburg Farm. This position consists of cleaning around the operations and ensuring that all site facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep up with the maintenance of the canteen throughout the day but not limited to washing dishes, sweeping, sanitizing, organizing, taking out trash, etc.
• Responsible for cleaning all offices and accommodations throughout the farm.
• Ensure all offices and commonly used areas are sanitized to the required standard.
• Follow all proper health and safety regulations, OSHA standards, and other company policies.
• Support the Canteen Supervisor with other related cleaning and cooking tasks.
• Performing light maintenance activities, such as checking plumbing and fixing lights.
• Keeping a stock of cleaning supplies and restocking restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Food handlers preferred
• Great listening, communication, and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working under pressure
• Display a positive and professional attitude towards peers and leadership team
• Ability to work with a team and independently with minimum supervision
• Time management and ability to prioritize task given
• Willingness to learn about new items and procedures quickly

Benefits A full benefits package is offered with significant employer contributions. Pay Rate - $18.28 an hour Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50lbs, the job requires extensive pushing, pulling, walking, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Standing for more than 8 hours per day.
