Administrative Assistant Administrative Coordinator – Utah Programs
Location: 20103 Aldine Westfield Rd., Humble, TX 77338
Hours: Part-Time (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, flexible)
Wages : $15-20/hour based on experience

Bloom Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to support our Utah Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role is based in our Humble, TX office and is part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Enroll students into the online case management system

  • Enter and organize case notes collected from various sources

  • Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks

  • Support billing processes and ensure accurate financial tracking

  • Collaborate with team members to keep services compliant and organized

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with QuickBooks and billing is required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Professional communication skills and ability to work with sensitive information

  • Previous administrative experience preferred

Schedule & Pay

  • Part-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (flexible as needed)

  • On track to grow into a full-time position

  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience
