Associate Director, eCommerce

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000

Location: Lake Bluff, IL
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

LaSalle Network is hiring an Associate Director eCommerce to join a fast-moving, growth-focused organization in Lake Bluff, Illinois. This Associate Director eCommerce will take the lead on enterprise-level eCommerce strategy, system maintenance, platform optimization, and custom development initiatives spanning public-facing and internal sites. What’s the job?

• Build and maintain enterprise-wide web environments
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all web systems, ensuring uptime, security, and scalability
• Lead Salesforce and Drupal application environment development
• Manage and enhance brand websites and DTC experiences
• Partner with POS software providers and external vendors to design and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT service issues related to eCommerce and custom platforms
• Collaborate with business teams to develop marketing and DTC web assets
• Work with infrastructure to diagnose and resolve security or network challenges
• Ensure full compliance with ADA standards and privacy/fraud prevention regulations
• Leverage optimization techniques across all eCommerce systems
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed

What’s needed?

• BS in computer science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of web development, custom coding, and theming
• DNS management expertise
• Experience with eCommerce platforms; Salesforce and Drupal preferred
• Strong skills in CSS, JavaScript, PHP, REST, and JSON
• Scripting experience
• Knowledge of email authentication protocols (DMARC, DKIM, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and UX/UI standards
• Familiarity with AI and emerging tech
