As a Barista at Ivy Cafe, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with care and attention to detail.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring they leave with a smile.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Assisting with restocking supplies and ensuring the café runs smoothly.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
We’re seeking individuals who:
- Have a genuine love for coffee and connecting with people.
- Are eager to learn and grow, even if you have no prior experience in a café or barista role.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in their work.
