🎯 Now Hiring: Benefits Administrator | On-Site | Franktown, CO🏢 Monarch Investment and Management Group – Human Resources Department

Monarch’s HR team is growing! 🌱 We’re actively interviewing for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic crew. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, standard business hours) at our beautiful main campus in Franktown, CO 🏞️.

✨ Position Purpose

Be the go-to expert for all things employee benefits 🎁. You'll manage the full cycle of benefits-related functions for Monarch team members across the organization.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely Open Enrollment for new hires
• 🧠 Assist in configuring and maintaining benefits plans in UKG
• 📅 Lead a seamless Annual Open Enrollment process
• 📤 Process daily benefits tasks and documentation
• 📞 Communicate benefits info to terminated employees, including state-specific requirements
• 💼 Support employees with Short-Term Disability (STD) claims and other inquiries
• 📚 Maintain and update employee benefit records
• 🍼 Manage Qualifying Life Events and document verification in HRIS
• ⚖️ Handle Medical Support Orders and COBRA administration
• 💳 Oversee FSA, 401(k), billing, and invoicing
• 🏖️ Coordinate benefits for employees on Leave of Absence
• 💬 Collaborate with brokers and carriers on incentive/wellness programs
• 🧾 Create/update internal HR benefit guides and resources
• 🤝 Support and collaborate with HR team members across all levels
• 📖 Stay current on laws, regulations, and best practices in benefits administration

📋 Requirements:

• 🎓 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR 2+ years of HR benefits admin experience
• 🛡️ Strong knowledge of HIPAA and benefits compliance
• 💻 Proficient in Excel, Word, and online platforms, UKG Experience is a plus but not required
• 💡 Highly organized with stellar time-management and communication skills
• 🏆 Customer-focused mindset with a strong work ethic

💸 Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰 Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year
• 📈 Raises: Up to 5% annually based on performance
