About the Role

Cycle Labs, in close partnership with Blue Yonder, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Blue Yonder Solutions Advisor, Test Automation. This high-impact position is designed to accelerate the commercial success of Cycle Labs’ solutions within the Blue Yonder ecosystem by championing automated testing and best practices in enterprise supply chain execution. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customers, playing a key role in sales enablement, post–go-live support, and the long-term success of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Success
  
• Represent Cycle Labs within Blue Yonder to promote and grow the adoption of Cycle Labs’ automated testing solutions
  
• Sales Enablement
  
• Empower Blue Yonder pre-sales, sales and services teams by simplifying the sales process and providing the tools and knowledge needed to price, scope, and sell Cycle Labs offerings 
  
• Support In-Flight Projects
  
• Reinforce the value of automated testing as a critical investment throughout ongoing project lifecycles
  
• Post Go-Live Support
  
• Help establish a robust, holistic support model that integrates automated testing into the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Blue Yonder environment
  
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  
• Work closely with Blue Yonder’s global services, sales and marketing team to align service delivery with customer expectations and automation strategies
  
• Partner Alignment
  
• Coordinate closely with the Cycle Labs VP of Strategic Partnerships to drive new opportunities, align on strategy, and collaborate on shared success within the Blue Yonder ecosystem
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile 

• Proven sales experience with a track record of success in enterprise software or services
  
• Prior experience with Blue Yonder solutions
  
• Deep understanding of WMS, TMS, and OMS systems
  
• Familiarity with enterprise supply chain execution
  
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  
• Prior experience with Cycle Labs and/or Test Automation solutions in the Supply Chain Execution space (strongly preferred)
