Job Summary Coordinates daily activities and personnel involved in performing internal operations. Uses independent judgment within the framework of established policies and objectives in decisions that influence operations. Serves as a EMS provider and a professional role model for other employees. Job Duties + Assist management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. + Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees. + Orients new personnel. + Assists in investigating, analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints. + Interprets, implements and enforces compliance with policies, procedures and regulations. + Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity. Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
