Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medications according to prescribed instructions.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in their daily routines.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to promote social interaction.
• Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs is a plus.
• Knowledge of childcare practices and techniques is beneficial.
