Chiropractor Cedar Falls, IA
$60k-$90k annually plus bonus compensation
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Cedar Falls, IA. We are looking for a fun, chiropractic philosophy-loving individual to work in our high-volume, family-focused wellness office. We want someone to help us adjust and educate the community on a chiropractic lifestyle all while being able to have time to balance work and life without the stress of running a business. We have a dynamic team with a chiropractor, chiropractic assistant and administrative staff, who provide a variety of services within our family health and wellness office. Duties:
Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging, and thorough first day exams with CLA scanning technology and digital X-rays
Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Review cost of care with practice members
Giving group doctor reports/report of findings
Adjusting pregnant moms, newborns, and kiddos with excellence
Chiropractic patient care- Manual Adjustments (100-200 pts per day), TRT technique, Webster technique, treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy
Patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, care plan options, lifestyle advice/counseling, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure youve met patient and treatment goals
Work with and assist the CA
Making doctor-only phone calls to have touch points with practice members
Participating in giving back to the community through office events
Collaborating and communicating with all staff for comprehensive patient care
Very limited tasks involving any front desk/CA jobs but being trained to answer phones and perform scans will be necessary to learn and utilize as needed
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Doctorate of Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic license in IA
TRT and Webster certifications will be required, but not necessary to have prior to hiring
Must be willing to adjust pregnant moms, newborns, and children
Any extra training in ICPA courses will be a huge benefit and asset
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs
Most Fridays-Sundays off except for occasional major screening weekends (3/year)
Salary (range):
$60k-$90k annually, depending on experience, certifications, etc
