ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman owned commercial cleaning company expanding throughout Midmichigan. Eligible candidates will be customer focused, take ownership, have integrity and be adaptable. You will receive one on one on the job training, ongoing performance evaluation and communication. Shift will start at roughly 11pm-5am in Fenton. This is an active building around doctors and patience. Does require weekend availability. Full time available for the right person. Do you take PRIDE in doing a great job? Do you love being RECOGNIZED for going above and beyond? As a Cleaning Technician, here’s a short list of what you’d be doing:

• Gather, empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
• Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
• Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall mounted objects, etc, per schedule.
• Keep areas stocked with supplies; paper products, soaps etc.
• Clean and sanitize areas such as; restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms etc.
• Clean high touch points such as; glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
• Request supplies as needed.
• Keeping janitor storage area clean.
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
• Notify manager when a building needs minor repairs.
• Specific cleaning requirements will be detailed for each location.
