Job Description

A top regional commercial construction company in Pittsburgh is seeking a 7-15 year Superintendent to join their growing team. Must have experience working on commercial construction projects, ideally ground up. They have a very strong backlog of commercial projects ranging from $5-30M in the Greater Pittsburgh market and are signatory with the union as well.

* Oversee field personnel

* Administer projects in the field coordinating all phases of the project

* Keep project on schedule, provide clean and organized project site, provide crew duty list to job foreman and labor, prioritize schedule of subcontractor list

* Communicate with project manager and estimators regarding materials, initial project schedule and turnover sheets
