Job Title: Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Location: Orlando FL

Salary: Up to $40/hr

Experience: Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration required

Availability: Full-time with after-hours service rotation

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on service, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, and packaged equipment. You'll work independently in the field, drive a company-provided vehicle, and have access to top-tier benefits and bonus programs.

✅ Responsibilities

• Service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, self-contained units)
  

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration issues
  

• Perform preventative maintenance and efficiency improvements
  

• Install or replace components: thermostats, controls, motors, etc.
  

• Communicate clearly with customers about service performed
  

• Maintain accurate service records and operate safely
  

• Participate in after-hours service rotation
  

• Order and install replacement parts as needed
  

Requirements

• Universal EPA Certification
  

• Valid Driver’s License
  

• Must pass background check and on-site drug test
  

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

• Must provide personal hand tools (gauges, basic tools, power tools)
  

• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration systems, PM work, and ice machines preferred
  

• Company-Provided Tools include: ladders, vacuum pumps, re-claimers, nitrogen tank, leak detector
