Salary: Up to $40/hr

Availability: Full-time with after-hours service rotation

We are looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on service, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, and packaged equipment. You'll work independently in the field, drive a company-provided vehicle, and have access to top-tier benefits and bonus programs.

Service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, self-contained units)
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration issues
Perform preventative maintenance and efficiency improvements
Install or replace components: thermostats, controls, motors, etc.
Communicate clearly with customers about service performed
Maintain accurate service records and operate safely
Participate in after-hours service rotation
Order and install replacement parts as needed
Universal EPA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background check and on-site drug test
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must provide personal hand tools (gauges, basic tools, power tools)
Experience with HVAC, refrigeration systems, PM work, and ice machines preferred
Company-Provided Tools include: ladders, vacuum pumps, re-claimers, nitrogen tank, leak detector
