POSITION SUMMARY:

Cape & Coast Premier Properties is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Laundry Production Manager to lead operations at our high-volume commercial laundry facility. Our team processes tens of thousands of pounds of linens each week, and with continued growth on the horizon, we need a strong leader to take charge and scale with us.

This hands-on role is critical to our hospitality services, ensuring clean, high-quality linens are delivered on time, every time. You’ll oversee a dedicated team, manage daily workflow, optimize production systems, and uphold quality control standards. Responsibilities include tracking linen inventory, meeting weekly poundage goals, maintaining equipment, and implementing process improvements to support operational growth.

This is a fast-paced, physically active environment, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems. It’s more than a management job, it’s an opportunity to shape a key division within a rapidly expanding company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise daily laundry operations with a team of dedicated staff
• Ensure timely turnaround and quality control of linens across shifts
• Monitor production output and optimize workflow for efficiency and uptime
• Track linen inventory and usage across facilities
• Collaborate with leadership to meet weekly poundage targets
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance reviews
• Maintain equipment operation standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in a supervisory or production management role (laundry/industrial preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Hands-on leadership — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Comfort with physical labor and hot environments
• Experience tracking metrics and making data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication and people management skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Compensation Range: $22 - $25 based on experience

Bonus: Performance-Based
