Commercial Roofing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Roofing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems on commercial properties. This role requires extensive knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs to determine the best repair or installation solutions
• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems
• Work with materials such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, and metal
• Operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment safely
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers on job progress
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Complete documentation, including work reports and safety logs
• Identify and resolve potential roofing issues proactively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing
• Proficient with torch-down, hot mop, single-ply systems, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and roofing industry standards
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certification in roofing systems (preferred but not required)

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
