What You'll Do:
Transform commercial spaces and offices
Install windows, doors, and siding
Paint and construct metal framing
Set up basic plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, sinks)
Handle simple electrical tasks (outlets, lights, switches)
Assist with carpentry and material installation
Provide general support for all remodeling projects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial construction or office remodeling
Proficiency with windows, doors, siding, and painting
Basic plumbing and electrical skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
Great communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina for lifting and moving materials
Bonus Skills:
Drywall repairs and texturing
Concrete cutting or interior trench cutting
Experience with interior commercial doors
Familiarity with relites or channel glass side lights

Requirements:
Live in SW Washington, Portland OR area, no relocation available for this position
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience or vocational training
Strong attention to detail
Self-starter and team player
Resourceful, dependable and effective problem solver
Comfortable within a collaborative organizational climate
Collaborative and team oriented
Valid driver's license
OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
