We Champion People. **Responsibilities** **JOB PURPOSE:** We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (PM) to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through close-out. The PM will be responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:** + Manage multiple projects simultaneously across planning, permitting, construction, and close-out stages. + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools. + Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design and scope alignment. + Lead weekly construction meetings and provide status updates to leadership. + Review and approve contracts, change orders, and pay applications. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control. + Manage RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes. + Resolve conflicts and issues that arise in the field or with stakeholders. + Provide accurate forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). + 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. + Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices. + Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project,or equivalent). + Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. + Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines. + Familiarity with permitting processes, contracts, and local building codes. + Willingness to travel to project sites as required. **Benefits** The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates: + Medical Insurance + Dental Insurance + Vision Insurance + Group Life Insurance + Disability Insurance + 401k Retirement Plan with match + Referral Bonus ("Cash From Crash") + 5 Paid Holidays We are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
