Content Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Summary:

Support and assist our Director of Marketing with marketing efforts. You’ll create engaging collateral, optimize content for SEO and social media. This role will be 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies to promote our services

• Manage social media accounts and create content for website, email, and social platforms

• Create and design high-quality, engaging customer-facing content like one-pagers, case studies, and brochures, following our brand style

• Optimize web content for SEO: research keywords and improve search rankings

• Conduct market research and track results—page views, keyword rankings, content performance—and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to gather information, share ideas, and stay coordinated

Qualifications:

• Experienced in content marketing: collateral creation, SEO writing, and social media content design

• A clear, concise writer who can explain complex ideas simply

• Familiar with SEO tools, Meta platforms, and CMS like WordPress

• Organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

• A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator)

• Experience in B2B marketing or sales support

Compensation:

- $40-$60/hr
