About this role:

Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join our growing team! As a Content Producer at Tribe Gaming, you will be expected to lead various content productions and will be hands-on from early-stage concepting to shooting to supervising post production. Working hand in hand with other creatives on the team, such as Content Producers, Social Media Managers, Editors, Motion Designers and our Creative Director. At Tribe Gaming, collaboration and execution are crucial to our success. You will join a young and dynamic team that is always hungry to develop and evolve our content. You should be curious about (mobile) gaming and content creation and demonstrate comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work across a wide variety of content ranging from filming polished partnership announcements, flying across the globe to cover our competitive squads or filming content with a large group of creators in Austin. 
  • Shoot content, including coordinating shoots with internal stakeholders and creators/talent
  • Concept, Produce, and Supervise remote content with our creators
  • Manage editors, providing feedback on video edits and ensuring content is delivered on time and within the expectations set with internal stakeholders and/or the client
  • Collaborate with the creative content team to assist in planning and ideating future content that is aligned with our content strategy.
  • Participate in content team brainstorms & creative sessions
  • Work with the creative team on developing design and graphic assets
  • Research longform content trends and push the boundaries of what we produce
  • Help coordinate and lead projects with contractors and outside talent

What it takes to be successful:

  • 3+ years of professional shooting and editing
  • Experience with lighting, audio, and video equipment
  • A strong eye for composition and other shooting practices
  • Proficiency with the Adobe CC video suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills so that you can constructively direct talent and crew
  • Comfortability in exercising creative expression and confidence in your work
  • Knowledge of YouTube trends and the importance of crafting a clickable Title and Thumbnail
  • Strong communication skills so that you can manage all aspects of production effectively and efficiently
  • Valid passport for domestic and international travel
  • Local to Austin Texas or ability to relocate
  • Readily available reel, website, and/or portfolio
