Job Description
The Creative Specialist will bridge data-driven strategies with creative content to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and consumer loyalty. The ideal candidate is an expert storyteller with strong attention to detail and deep knowledge of consumer and content trends. They will be responsible for increasing customer reach and engagement through original content, growing blog readership, increasing email open/click rates, expanding social media reach and engagement, and driving website traffic with timely updates and SEO-focused improvements.
Essential Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a content calendar for blogs, email campaigns, website and social media.
- Develop a Pillar Page strategy, write content, and work with external partners to build Pillar Pages and optimize.
- Maintain and update website content for end-user website and dealer portal (Reman Connect) to reflect current campaigns, product news, PDP Pages in Shopify and SEO strategies.
- Work with internal teams to write video scripts for trainings, reels, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across social media platforms; monitor engagement and respond accordingly.
- Track and report on performance metrics for all content and social campaigns; adjust strategy as needed to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the external partners to ensure visual assets align with CNH and CNH Reman brand guidelines.
- Work with CNH Corporate marketing on dealer communications and branding material approvals.
- Write and send press releases as needed.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to align content strategy with broader marketing goals.
- Identify opportunities for new content formats and channels based
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or communications role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in blogging, email marketing, and managing social media accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), email platforms, and social media tools.
- Familiarity with website analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). Google Certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), Canva, CSS, or website editing a plus.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, CRM Systems, and Project Management software, like ClickUp or MS Planner.
- Basic understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who shows initiative to lead projects.
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
