Responsibilities
- Respond via phone, email, and chat
- Create/manage service requests in CCaaS/HOA software
- Handle documents, mailings, and compliance letters
- Manage keys, permits, and clubhouse rentals
- Propose updates to the internal knowledge base
? Requirements
- 1–2 years customer service experience
- HS/GED required; BA/BS preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Background check upon hire
