We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing outstanding support, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels such as email, chat, phone, and social media.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or social media.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Suggest improvements to processes based on customer feedback.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
Proficient in using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
