We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building efficient data cleaning and preprocessing pipelines, creating insightful visualization dashboards, and automating business processes to drive data-driven decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain data cleaning and preprocessing pipelines to ensure data quality and accuracy.
2. Develop interactive data visualization dashboards to provide clear insights and drive business decisions.
3. Automate data-related processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
4. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business goals.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Utilize SQL and Python to manipulate, query, and analyze data from various sources.
7. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
8. Continuously monitor and improve data workflows to ensure scalability and performance.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, querying, and automation.
2. Strong experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation techniques.
3. Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices and tools.
4. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience with PowerBI for creating business intelligence dashboards.
2. Familiarity with Streamlit for building data-driven web applications.
3. Understanding of Apache Airflow for workflow automation.
4. Experience working with Docker for containerization of applications.
5. Knowledge of Linux systems and command-line tools for data management.
6. Experience with Git as a version control system for tracking code and data pipeline changes.
7. Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling .
8. Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for data-driven applications.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics , Data Science , Computer Science , Statistics , or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
