Job Summary
Location: Atlanta, GA
- Analyze large and/or complex datasets from multiple sources to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to detect and prevent risk and fraud.
- Clean, process, and validate data for use in analytics and modeling.
- Translate business problems into measurable, data-driven solutions.
- Identify fraud trends and root causes using structured and unstructured data analysis.
- Collaborate with fraud operations, engineering, and compliance teams to implement real-time fraud detection solutions.
- Design and monitor KPIs to evaluate and improve model and system performance.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into fraud cases and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with emerging fraud techniques, industry best practices, and data science tools.
- Utilize visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and responsible use of AI in solution design.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage, analysis, and model deployment.
- Apply advanced fraud detection techniques such as anomaly detection, behavioral modeling, and network analysis.
- Utilize graph analytics or network-based fraud detection tools as needed.
