Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Behavioral Health - Outpatient. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus.
This position is the operational lead for Behavioral Health Outpatient services and interfaces with multiple specialties to coordinate initiatives.
Leads and directors office operations
Serves as the QI executive lead
Responsible for office management, recruitment and orientation, workforce evaluations and redesign in conjunction with manager and physicians.
Participates in finance and strategic planning for offices
Works with Medical Director to implement quality measures
Ensures processes for revenue capture are effective and efficient
Works collaborative to improve clinical operations
Serves as administrative liaison for HR issues
