Job Details

• Permanent - Full Time.
• 2nd Shift - 5:00pm - 1:00am - Monday - Friday
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, enough to communicate
• One location, in Chicago downtown union location.
• Supervisor position with cleaning responsibilities.

Full Job Descriptions

• Candidates should have 5 years’ experience in Janitor/cleaning.
• Steer the employees workflow to ensure success of business goals and performance standards.
• Evaluate employees work performance and identify areas that need cleaning.
• Training new hires and delegating tasks and goals to employees, in alignment with company's plans and vision.
• Clean areas and in addition to daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.

Skills

• At least 5 years of Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning.
• At least 3 years of Project work experience.
• Speak English & Spanish, enough to communicate.
• Able to lift,push,pull up to 40lbs.
