Global is a leading company in the construction and restoration industry, renowned for its innovative solutions and customer-centric approach. We are seeking a detail-driven, strategy-minded Email Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves building and executing email marketing campaigns that drive leads, nurture customer relationships, and support sales efforts across all divisions, including Roofing, Wall Panel, Waterproofing, and Service (Global FM). The Email Campaign Specialist will also play a critical role during storm season by creating and deploying real-time communications tied to major weather events. This position offers a hybrid or remote work opportunity, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

The Email Campaign manager will Proactively research and source new contact lists through industry databases, directories, and digital tools to expand campaign reach. Ensure leads align with target personas and maintain list quality standards

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, QA, and deploy email campaigns for events, content, service outreach, and product promotions.
• Create segmented email lists in Pardot (or similar) based on vertical, region, and buyer behavior.
• Manage campaign calendars aligned to initiatives like budget season, storm response, and expansion markets.
• Develop and send real-time storm-related emails tied to weather events (hail, wind, hurricanes, etc.).
• Coordinate with the Storm Response Team and Catastrophe Manager to deliver timely messaging for affected regions.
• Build out regional storm email templates and dynamic content modules for rapid deployment.
• Support field lead capture by triggering follow-up emails and handoffs to sales.
• Create automated email journeys and drip campaigns that support sales cycles across divisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging to customer stage, market type, and project timing.
• Monitor open rates, CTRs, form fills, and conversion metrics.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, send times, and layouts.
• Provide weekly reporting and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain email workflows, lead scoring, and list integrity.
• Ensure Pardot/Salesforce sync is clean and segmentation remains accurate.
• Support database hygiene and suppression list management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in email marketing using Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platform.
• Strong grasp of email best practices, automation, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Experience writing and designing campaign content that is clear, action-oriented, and mobile-friendly.
• Comfortable responding to dynamic situations (e.g., storms, schedule changes) with fast-turn campaigns.
• Bonus: Experience in construction, restoration, storm services, or commercial real estate.
