Eaton's Power Systems Division is currently seeking an Embedded Software Engineering Manager. This position is part of a multi-disciplined new product development team based at the Thomas A. Edison Technical Center in Franksville, WI (about 20 miles south of Milwaukee). Sponsorship and relocation from within the U.S. are offered for this role. The Embedded Software Engineering Manager will be a critical member of the Power Systems Division's Controls Engineering team and will provide technical leadership for the embedded software development team. This group develops real-time controls and protective relays used for smart grid applications in the power distribution industry.
This is a key leadership role and will collaborate with controls managers/team, product managers, and program management to successfully execute and deliver new product development/maintenance of line projects and objectives of the organization. The role will manage a global engineering team of 18 + Eaton and contract employees.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141003.0 - $206804.4 a year.
