Employer Relations Recruiter – Financial Services

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Employer Relations Recruiter to serve as a vital link between our organization and leading financial institutions. Requirements:

• Proven recruiting or sales experience within Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate partners effectively
• Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate employer engagement activities, including presentations, coffee chats, and networking events
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or consulting firms
• Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies
• Multilingual abilities or international experience to engage with global firms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
