Estate Manager Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Estate Manager to join their established team. The role could be based in New York City or The Hamptons with summer travel between both residences. Responsibilities Oversee the complete interior and exterior care and maintenance of a large town house on the Upper East Side and a compound in Southampton Offers a proactive and solution-based approach Regular visits to the principals other less frequently utilized properties in the Bahamas, Aspen, etc. to ensure each property is in top-notch condition and always principal-ready Reports to the Family Office which is based in our New York City Qualifications Deep knowledge of caring for the interior and exterior of fine homes Excellent, verifiable references Minimum of 10 years of experience running a fine home or estate A natural leader who knows how to coach, train, and inspire associates and vendors to be their best Highly organized with a keen eye for detail Understands A+ service Technically savvy and enjoys building and documenting systems and procedures An appreciation of gracious living and knowledgeable on how to deliver it Schedule Generally, Monday to Friday, business hours and highly flexibility to offer extended hours or weekends as needed Compensation Generous base compensation of $250,000 - $375,000 annually, commensurate with experience Full benefits package includes an annual discretionary bonus, fully paid health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more To Apply: Please apply at for consideration; if already on our job board, click Apply Now.
