H&H Cantina is an energetic and welcoming restaurant and cocktail bar located in the heart of the Lower East Side. Known for our vibrant atmosphere, craft cocktails, and bold flavors, we’re expanding our presence by growing our events program — from private dining and corporate gatherings to social celebrations.

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Events Marketing Manager to help us build awareness of our events department, grow bookings, and position H&H Cantina as a go-to destination for gatherings in NYC.

Compensation:

• $600 base salary + commissions

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote the events department across digital channels (social media, email marketing, and online listings).

• Create engaging social media content that highlights H&H Cantina as a premier event destination.

• Manage collaborations with influencers, local partners, and online communities to drive awareness. Sales & Outreach

• Actively engage with local businesses, hotels, concierges, and community partners to build relationships and generate event leads.

• Conduct outreach visits to neighboring hotels and small businesses to distribute marketing materials and introduce event offerings.

• Respond to event inquiries, conduct tours, and assist potential clients with planning and booking. Event Coordination Support

• Work closely with the restaurant’s management team to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution.

• Track leads, bookings, and performance metrics to assess and optimize marketing and outreach efforts.

• Manage all venue social media, including daily posts.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, event sales, or brand promotion (restaurant or nightlife experience a plus).

• Strong communication and networking skills; confident representing the brand in person and online.

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and email marketing tools.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about food, beverage, and NYC’s hospitality scene.

• Flexible schedule — occasional evenings and weekends may be required for on-site events. What We Offer:
