Executive Assistant to CEO & COO

Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is seeking a sharp and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO to keep our leadership team focused, efficient, and on track.
This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, wears many hats, and loves creating order out of chaos. You'll serve as the central point of coordination for both executives while also overseeing various administrative projects and light accounting responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials
Support project execution by tracking action items and deadlines
Provide light accounting support (invoice tracking, reimbursements, reconciliations)
Organize and manage various administrative and cross-functional projects
Act as liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
Draft emails, reports, presentations, and internal communications
Maintain confidential records and ensure follow-through on key priorities
Identify and implement process improvements using tech and automation tools
Provide general office oversight and support daily administrative needs
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in executive support or office administration
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience managing multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools
Very tech-savvy with demonstrated experience using AI tools to increase efficiency
Familiarity with light accounting or bookkeeping tasks
Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
