✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or similar a plus)
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license able to pass drug test & DOT physical
• ∙Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
• Must be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be on time and ready to work each workday
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
• Be able to climb stairs
• Be able to work in all types of weather
• Strong safety mindset, customer-first attitude & team player

✅ Responsibilities Include:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow designated routes
• Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
• Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
• Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 100+ stops a day
• Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with FedEx safety standards and procedures
• Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
• Work independently and as part of a team
