The Opportunity

We are seeking a  Family Law Attorney who shares our client-centered mission and thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to do meaningful work advocating for families, guiding clients with clarity and empathy, and shaping the future of family law in Wisconsin.

You’ll be backed by a dedicated legal team so you can focus on strategy, advocacy, and achieving positive outcomes, not paperwork or solo juggling.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, including divorce, child custody and placement, child support, maintenance, and property division
• Conduct insightful client consultations with a solutions-focused mindset
• Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants who are trained to support you every step of the way
• Serve as a trusted legal guide and advocate throughout the client journey
• Stay informed of changes and trends in Wisconsin family law

What You Bring

• Active license to practice law in Wisconsin, in good standing
• 3+ years of family law experience with a demonstrated passion for advocacy
• Proven litigation and courtroom confidence
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• A commitment to ethical practice, teamwork, and continual growth
• A heart for helping families find resolution, peace, and a better path forward
