Key Responsibilities: This role within our Youth & Family Services Department will provide services to children, adolescents, and their families. This role will provide therapeutic behavioral supports, family support services, and targeted case management to eligible children and their families. Services are delivered in the home, school, or community settings. Family Outreach Specialists work within a team model which includes clinical managers, case managers, therapists, psychiatrists and more. Family Outreach Specialists collaborate with external supports, such as school staff, community supports, DJJS/DCYF, and more. Family Outreach Specialists participate in trainings, consultations, and supervision.
