Job Description

Expected compensation: 21.00 USD Per Hour

HireArt is helping ResMed hire a Forklift Driver to be responsible for transporting materials, tools, equipment, and products by operating motorized and non-motorized equipment.

As a Forklift Driver You'll

• Compare identifying information and counts items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Operate equipment to place palletized materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes, creates, and other containers and prepares parcels for shipping.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ months experience with a Raymond 7500 stand-up reach forklift
• Comfortable being on feet for the majority on the scheduled work shift
• Steel-toe shoes are required starting on Day 1
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Possess a customer-centric commitment to build and maintain customer relationships
• Display energetic, self-motivated and quick thinking with positive attitude
• Flexible to work varying schedules, hours, and overtime as needed
• Ability to walk and occasionally sit, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift up to 40lbs

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to Moreno Valley, CA.
