: As the Personal Assistant & Front Desk Associate at VenHub, your role is pivotal in supporting our dynamic office environment. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and a welcoming atmosphere for our team and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, email management, and document organization.
  • Act as the front desk's welcoming face, managing visitor interactions, calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel and manage team members' itineraries.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects with a keen eye for detail.
  • Support office management, including supply orders and vendor liaison.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility required in a startup, including availability for weekend and evening work.
  • Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Personal or Administrative Assistant roles.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
