Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist (English/Medical Spanish)

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Receptionist with fluency in Medical Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will experienced in Front-Office medical administration and efficient in refferals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic appointments, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding referral requirements and timelines
• Track and manage referral authorizations and insurance approvals
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Provide clear communication in both English and Spanish, including medical terminology
• Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Medical Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a medical or office setting preferred
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer programs
• Medical assistant Certification preferred
