Part-time Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician

Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property, indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure thorough and proper cleaning of all areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
• Demonstrate initiative, pride, and accountability in daily tasks.
• Perform snow removal and grounds duties as required, operating applicable machinery.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
• Clean and maintain common areas.
• Regularly inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
• Work professionally and cooperatively with the team.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior experience in building cleaning, grounds maintenance, and light repairs.
• Experience in property management is a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to respond to On-call.
