We anticipate the need for one or more Shop Helper(s) in the Transformer Shop of the Maple Grove Electric Repair Center in Maple Grove, MN. The current starting rate of pay for this position is $27.59 hourly. The position will be posted for 10 working days from October 6, 2025, to October 17, 2025.
Job Responsibilities (May include, but not limited to the following)
Shop Helper:
Clean and paint Transformers and other various equipment.
Draw oil samples and drain oil filled equipment.
Salvage parts and scrap transformers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Must be reliable and safely perform the duties of the classification.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be respirator qualified or must have the ability to obtain respirator qualification.
Special Requirements
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have the ability to be certified to operate a forklift and qualified to operate an overhead crane.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $27.59 per hour
