Houseperson Overview:
As a Housekeeping Houseperson with Waterford Hotel Group, you will have the opportunity to create a clean and inviting lobby and public area for the arrival of our guests . A housekeeping house person is a very important role within the hotel wearing many hats and delivering excellent customer service with a smile.
Responsibilities include :
Greeting guests and responding to queries.
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Vacuuming carpets.
Dusting and polishing furniture.
Emptying trash containers .
Restock and clean housekeeping closets.
Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
Job Requirements:

A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills .

Able to work as a team and independently.
Flexible working hours.
