GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager Position 36000195, the incumbent assigned to this position is responsible for administrating training in the LMS, facilitate agency training initiatives, running reports in People First, recognition, and purchasing. The position performs policy and procedure development for HR policies and assists SMEs with formatting and posting of agency-wide policies and also serves as backup to recruitment and classification. Attendance is an essential function of this position.

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Successful passing of a criminal background check (state, local, and national) is required.

The types of confidential information may include, but are not limited to, payroll information, budget matters, policy decisions, tax matters, employee disciplinary issues, and other personnel data.
