Location: Connecticut (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:Assist with U.S. import entries and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with import brokers (FedEx, UPS, Expeditors, etc.).
Research duties and tariffs using the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).
Utilize the U.S. government ACE portal for import record look-up.
Perform data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters).
Support trade agreement qualifications (e.g., USMCA ).
Leverage SAP for trade and logistics data
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with U.S. import compliance and documentation.
Familiarity with HTS codes and customs brokerage processes.
Strong skills in Excel; Power Apps is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably MM or GTS modules).
Understanding of trade agreements like USMCA/NAFTA .
