We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that reflect the clients vision while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and budget. This role involves space planning, selecting materials and furnishings, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with client goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and color palettes.
Oversee project execution, including coordinating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Manage documentation, including specifications, contracts, and approvals.
