Position Summary As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself. Placement Area AI & Advanced Analytics The AI/Advanced Analytics Rookie will work with our data science and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions that power business decisions and athlete performance insights. This role involves applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques to real-world challenges while collaborating with cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive results. EligibilityOur resume review process will start immediately upon applying for this role.
