Role Overview :
The DCS Investigators assist local staff by providing information to locate parents (including absent fathers), relatives and any other person (over 18 years of age) who is a possible connection/person of interest at the onset of a case as well as any time during the life of a case for a child. This requires complex, challenging, and time-consuming investigative work. This position is responsible for their DCS local offices and/or regions as assigned.
This is a remote position assigned to Southeast Indiana. Most work will be remote with occasional office hours in one of the five local DCS offices.
Residency in the service area is preferred.
Salary :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
