Job Description

Dart is looking for an experienced Janitor on the 3pm-11pm shift, with some weekends required. 

What You’ll Do:

• Perform a variety of cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial tasks throughout the facility.
• Clean and sanitize common areas including lunchrooms, break rooms, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and empty trash bins.
• Replenish supplies and notify supervisors of low inventory.
• Dust surfaces and clean glass as needed.
• Support production areas by cleaning equipment, removing debris, and assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards (KPIs).
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic English proficiency for safety and training communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial experience.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
