Junior Recruiter – Onsite | Fayetteville, NC

At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we know the right team makes all the difference. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Fayetteville office and support the growth of our clinical workforce. If you have experience recruiting in healthcare, allied health, or therapy services (RBT, BCBA, SLP, etc.) , this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles (postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers)
  
• Source and attract candidates for ABA and behavioral health roles (BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, etc.)
  
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit and other recruiting systems
  
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to meet staffing goals
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of healthcare or allied health recruitment experience (clinic, therapy, or medical setting preferred)
  
• Experience recruiting for ABA therapy, behavioral health, or therapy services strongly preferred
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms ( Zoho Recruit a plus )
  
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must be able to work onsite in Fayetteville, NC (Monday–Friday, business hours)
