Are you a self-starter? We are looking for someone who can take this area and make it their own. Must have CAD design software experience . This role will go between our Tomah and Sparta stores, with occasional visit to Richland Center.

Job Summary

Our company is looking to hire a full-time Home Décor Kitchen/Bath and Flooring Design & Sales Team Member/ Kitchen/Bath/Flooring Design & Sales Team Members are responsible for providing fast, friendly service by selling flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops, lighting, and paint to customers and helping assess their needs and provide assistance. This position also maintains the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean and safe.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and Sales of Kitchens and Bathrooms
• Sales of Flooring
• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers entering the department
• Help customers find the location of products
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
• Provide knowledge on products within the department
• Answering phones as instructed and help customers over the phone as needed
• Maintain clean and orderly areas within the department
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Manage the Sales/Design Center Home Decor area for Tomah and Sparta Stores with occasional visits to Richland Center
• Qualifications- Looking for someone with at least 3-4 years’ experience in field of Home Décor (cabinets, counter tops, and/or flooring)
• Education Qualifications- Preferred Certification in Design
• Skills- Problem solver, detail-oriented, outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills, actively looks for ways to help people
• Prefer experience with design software

LOCATIONS:  This position will alternate between the TOMAH and SPARTA Stores with occasional travel to our store in Richland Center.

Salary

• Base pay is based on experience.
• Sales Commission is possible.
