Lead Generator Specialist Costco

Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning is looking to hire a Customer Service Lead Specialist for our Costco Locations!!

We will work with your schedule and can accommodate flexible hours.

Buellton-based Heating and Air conditioning Company has been serving Santa Barbara County for over 35 years. We are a fully equipped, licensed, and highly accredited company with a long-standing history of excellence

If you have:

• Outgoing Personality.
• Strong People Skills.
• Bilingual skills are plus.
• Sales experience preferred. (but not required)

We will train the right person for success. This is a great opportunity with flexible hours and the possibility for growth within the company.

Duties include:

• Engage with Costco members to drive new leads in either Goleta or Santa Maria Locations. 
• Professional conduct and appearance.
• Great customer service.

These specialists greet customers and discuss their potential heating and air conditioning needs within Costco Wholesale SB and SM locations.
