Licensed Massage Therapist
Rose Healthcare Center, 6640 Old Winter Garden Road, Orlando, Florida 32385

In the MetroWest region of Orlando at the corner of Hiawassee Road and OId Winter Garden Road in the Oak Hill Village Center (located at the short end of the plaza, directly facing Hiawassee Road).

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing healthcare team.

Overview:

• Immediate Opening.
• Part-time OR Full-Time Position for a Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Minimally 2 Days Per Week - Tuesdays/Thursdays, Mondays/Wednesdays, or other combination ok.
• Must be Energetic and Able to Perform Therapy on Consecutive Patients.
• Willing to consider a newly licensed therapist. Training can be provided for the individual who demonstrates a positive, teachable attitude with the desire & ability to perform deep manual therapeutic techniques and the ability to provide detailed clinical documentation as instructed.
• Compensation : BASED ON EXPERIENCE $20-30/hr, with merit-based raises, paid vacation, and paid holidays (for F/T).
• Willing to provide substantial additional training for the right person in ETPS, Kinesiotaping, cupping, and sports rehab.

Desirable Skills include:

• Deep Tissue.
• Neuromuscular.
• Myofascial.
• Sports massage.
• Ischemic Compression | Trigger Point Therapy | Active Release Technique.
• Pregnancy Massage.
• Reflexology.
• Therapeutic exercise instruction to patients as prescribed with attention to detail and patient's body mechanics.
• Willing to assist with further training for the right candidate.

• Capable of appropriate and detailed documentation for a clinical setting as instructed.

• Readily able to take directions provided for timely and detailed patient care.
• Compassionate with a desire to help patients find pain from various neuromusculoskeletal conditions by offering varied therapeutic techniques tailored to the individual patient's needs.
